If you choose to proceed, care is delivered through structured packages designed to provide personalised, ongoing support over time — with no pressure to commit during the call.

Who is this support best suited for?

Our work is best suited for adults (and families) who are dealing with ongoing or complex health challenges, such as ADHD, hormonal imbalances, gut issues, mood changes, fatigue, or nervous system dysregulation.

Do I need a diagnosis to work with you?

No. You don’t need a formal diagnosis of ADHD to work with us.

Is this just about supplements?

Nutritional and herbal supplements are a key part of what we do, but they’re used within a personalised framework. We also look at things like functional testing, nutrition, nervous system support, and lifestyle factors to make sure supplements are targeted and actually effective.

Is this suitable if I’m already on medication?

Yes. Many of our clients are currently using medication or have used it in the past.
Our role is not to replace medical care, but to support the body alongside it where appropriate.

What packages do you offer?

We offer different package options depending on your needs, goals, and level of support required — including working directly with Kylie or with other practitioners in the Luna Wellness Collective team.
All options are discussed clearly during the intro consult.

Yes, we work with all genders and ages.

What kind of testing do you use?

We use a combination of standard pathology (blood tests) and, where clinically appropriate, functional testing such as gut testing or genetic screening.

Do I need to change my entire diet?

No. We prioritise realistic, sustainable changes.
If dietary adjustments are needed, we focus on practical strategies that fit your actual life.

Do you offer in-person or online consults?

We offer in-person appointments at our Yandina clinic on the Sunshine Coast, as well as online consults for clients elsewhere.
